In the Sunday edition of the Asbury Park Press (New Jersey)
there was an article about a 10-year-old kid being fined
$60 for running a red light while on a bicycle.  According
to the article, New Jersey is cracking down on bicyclists
not obeying the traffic laws...I have no objection to that,
but a $60 fine for a 10-year-old???  Isn't that a bit too
much?  Of course no 10-year-old has that kind of money to
pay for a ticket...the parents will have to pay.
