	Their reasoning processes are irrational when compared to any
	society where man's life is regarded as the standard from which
	morality and ethics are based.  I think any means to deal with
	the Soviet Government should be portrayed as psychiatrists 
	treating a homicidal patient (that is on the loose!!!).

If you think that the US's foreign policy is based on respect for human
life, then your feet just aren't on the ground.  Both the US and the USSR
should be considered homicidal patients on the loose.
