Would the constitutional right to own arms give me immunity against any state-imposed limits on such devices? If you feel that I should have such impunity, then defend your statement. If you feel that I do NOT have such impunity, then what is the upper bound on the type of weapon for which there should be NO CONTROLS WHATSOEVER. Once again -- defend your statement.
