	The notes program doesn't look at the subject line to find
a probably reasonable approximation of the title for a simple
reason:  it isn't there.

	The notesfile program isn't just another way to read news;
it is a complete package with it's own transmissions schemes
and formats.  Within a notes-notes link no subject line is sent
for a response.  This makes it very tough to look at the
subject line for a title.
