Faced with submitting something of less-than-general but more-than-
parochial interest, I usually put it in the group that most closely
corresponds to the subject matter, and then put notes titled "pointer"
in other groups of with a possible audience, with an indication of
where to look.

Maybe I should use the full title?  Something like this seems like an
adequate solution.
