       In a recent net.flame item, Scott Preece	announced:

		  "The word just came over the radio  (NPR  Morning
		 Edition)  that	 the  Supreme  Court has upheld	the
		 Morton	Grove gun control ordinance."

		 ---------------------------

       Didn't the Supreme Court	merely say it was not going to hear
       the case?
