Scott Preece has the idea.  It would be censorship if I moderated
EVERY newsgroup.  However, all I've done is create a new class of
newsgroups, with an added value.  I am doing nothing to try to
prevent anyone from getting information out to the world - the
existing newsgroups are still there.

net.general isn't working.  There are many people out there who cannot
keep up with it, and have stopped reading it.  Those of you who are
left have a high pain threshold (or else a lot of time on your hands).
We need a way to reach EVERYBODY, and have to offer something that will
even be attractive to people who have no time for netnews.
