Hogwash!!  The fact the the Swiss are 'armed to the teeth' has NOTHING to
do with the crime rate.  The Swiss are the most *expletive* law-abiding
people on earth.  If you thought the Germans were bad...

	1) The Swiss do not jay-walk.  They wait for the light to turn.

	2) The Swiss routinely call the police to have neighbors' cars
	   ticketed for illegal parking.

Now, granted, this is better than wanton murders.  But how many of you out
there would be willing to act as the above for your entire lives?  Face it,
we are culturally different from the Swiss, Germans, etc.  Your reference
just is not valid.
