I am getting a fair bit of mail about asking Orcus to make an Oath. It
seems that a lot of people think that Chaotics cannot make an oath, or
need not keep one if they make it. I find this unpalatable. 

What is magic, and what is an Oath? Can you present a system of magic where
an Oath is not binding that is still consistant? I cannot. Perhaps my
cosmology is peculiar.
