     I have a friend who was committed to a psychiatric  hospital
ward.  This person does not need (I think so anyway) to be there.
It is however not apparent how to get her out of the clutches  of
the  burocrazy/administration/whatever who seem intent on keeping
her doped till hell freezes over.

     Please help, any advice on how  to  get  her  out  would  be
greatly welcomed.
