The best bet for obtaining the Vancouver implementation of AX.25 is to
write to Hank Magnuski, KA6M.  He will send you a 8" CPM disk with source
in return for a modest donation to AMSAT.

The software may be distributed for noncommercial (i.e., amateur radio) use
but those receiving copies are also strongly urged to make a donation to
AMSAT.
