You are watching Johnny Carson.  He and Ed McMahon are doing their
usual "Carnac the Magnificent" routine.  Carnac has just uttered
a truly repulsive question, counterpointed by the hisses and boos of the
audience.  "May a depraved yak herder offer your sister to a convention,"
he mutters.  McMahon gives Carnac another envelope.  Carnac puts the
