Since case is significant in identifiers, I assume people have been following
the spelling of standard identifiers in the REPORT (i.e. that they are all
upper case).  Also, MaxInt, MinInt, and MaxCard are not mentioned as standard
identifiers.  Are other compilers providing them as such? with that spelling?
