I am looking for a PASCAL package for the Commodore 64.
Does anyone know whether, and when, Commodore is going to
provide PASCAL?

I've seen advertisements for something called KMMM PASCAL for
the C-64.  It is sold by "cgrs MICROTECH."
I'd like to hear from you on your experiences with this.
