        Alright - I learned when you submit an article that complains
(even in jest) about spelling, you had better be certain your spelling
is correct (a difficult task for me).

Besides which, someone pointed out that my except/accept rule is even
funnier (perhaps has a chance of being funny at all) if you stick on
a preamble, as:

To remember the proper use of except and accept, just remember the following
examples:

except: The churchman cried "All men are fallible, except the Pope"
accept: The churchman cried "All men are fallible, accept the Pope"
