Why is it that if I want MS-DOS for the IBM PC it costs $60 and
includes BASIC, but if I want it for the Rainbow 100 it costs $250
+ another $250 for BASIC ?  Why does CP/M-86 for the PC cost $60 when
it doesn't have BASIC and is slower and more wasteful of disk ?  What
ever happened to market directed prices ?  Why doesn't it work in the
