However, stating your parameters and the choice it led you to make,
	is very interesting and educational.  So here it goes.

I have a terminal, and a modem, and use main-frames, but am tired
of the variation of response times, busy phone-lines, and tying up
my own phone.  I'd like to have something portable but not heavy,
the capacity of up/down-loading information fast, and my own 
m/c-readable storage capacity.  I don't want to lose much money
in the coming revolution and want something that can be useful
in the future, no matter what.

Well, I think I found it:

	A box the size a detergent box, with 1 SSDD 5-1/4 drive,
	Z-80, 256K RAM (64K for CP/M, rest is RAM-disk), CP/M
	in 8K ROM, 2 RS232C and 1 parallel port.

	it talks to my terminal at speeds up to 32K BAUD,  I can
	take it to the office and up/down load on the hard-wired
	ports at high speeds (not yet certain how fast, I had some
	problem at speeds faster than 4800 Baud).

	it makes no sound (no fan) once I copy the floppy to the RAM
	has a handle or hides in my 3-1/2 inch case.

I don't care to advertise the brand, it's due to be announced shortly
anyway.   However , I am interested if anyone finds flaws with the
parameters and choice, and if anything like this is already on the
market or in the pipeline.  Cost <$1,000.  Beats the hell out of
sacrificing the old terminal at give-away prices, also.
