I desire an interface for my Vic20 to convert Commodore's serial interface
to true IEEE-488. I'm in the mood to design my own but can't seem to locate a
good technical reference on the serial implementation. The Programmers 
Reference and the book Vic Revealed have *some* data, but it is inconsistent.

Any ideas?
