After the ARPANET/MILNET split in October, will ARPANET sites (e.g. UCLA)
still be able to FTP from SIMTEL20?  I had the impression that the
gateways would only support mail, or at best, a MILNET site would be
able to initiate FTP or TELNET to an Arpanet site, but not necessarily
the other way around.
