Try <XEOS>IBMFTP.ASC at PARC-MAXC.

This is a version originally started by Bill Westfield at SRI, and
hacked substantially by Mike Howard while he was an intern here at PARC
(he's now back at MIT).  It's user-level interface contains some
stuff specific to uploading/downloading to Interlisp-D, but it should
in general be usable with other MODEM hosts.
