Mary,
       Your first guess that "BEST BOY/WORST BOY" came from the movie
       AIRPLANE was close.  It came from AIRPLANE II and it was as 
       follows:

              GAFFER (WHAT'S A GAFFER)      LARRY GILHOOLY
                   BEST BOY (ELECTRIC)      FRANK McKANE
                             WORST BOY      ADOLF HITLER

       All three were bunched together in this order and those are the
       actual names that appeared (after all, give credit where credit's
       do).  I double checked my facts with my Laser Disk copy of the
       movie so there need be no more guessing which movie this comes
       from.
