"Hardware Wars" is bad only in the sense of the phrase, "He's a bad dude!" I roll on the floor every time I see it (it pops up on TV about every six months). Even better though, is Ernie Fosselius' feature length (at least compared to "Hardware Wars") Vietnam War epic "Pork Lips Now." At last you can find out what Marlon Brando may have mumbled deep in the Indochinese jungles. While we are on the subject of classic parodies, does anyone remember "Creature from the Haunted Sea?" A classic combination of spy and monster movies from the late fifties. There's a great scene (one among many) where the hero is forced to cover his act by eating the pickle containing the radio he needs to contact headquarters. ANd who could forget the Fidelista VW bug with the .50 caliber machinegun mounted on it, roaring down the beach?
