What a loser!  Mad doctor somehow gets ahold of criminal and adds his head to
the shoulders of his moron servant, played by Rosy Grier.  Criminal takes
control of the HUGE body, and commits henious crimes while the body's owner
looks on in horror.  Mad doctor ends up with no body, just a head attached to
a life-support machine -- his just desserts.
