I am trying to find out why news posted at unc doesn't seem to be making
it out to the net at large.  Will anyone who sees this please reply, or
send mail to duke!unc!bch.  I originally posted this, properly, to
net.test, but it turns out that neither of the sites we feed to subscribe
to net.test!  *Please* send flames to duke!unc!bch.  At least I will
know this arrived!
