I consider about 14% of the articles of the top 25 newsgroups to be
of useful technical nature.  That's about 1/7th.

Anyone else think that we're getting a little top heavy on things
like flaming, television, miscellaneous, gender wars, dating,
politics, automobiles, and religion?
