	Like hey, why don't we make sure that articles
arrive in the order queued and that they don't get lost.
Doing this will reduce drastically, if not eliminate,
the occurences of orphaned responses.
	I like having Orphaned Responses.  It gives me a good
indication of how well (or poorly) the network is performing
at not losing articles.
