We've been receiving quite a few mangled articles recently, with:
    - the first few lines missing  (locally attributed to a bug in 2.10.1)
    - a reasonable line count but no body
    - a few lines at the end missing
And of course there are duplicate articles once in a while and articles
referred to that don't make it here for some reason.

Might it be reasonable to use net.test to, as it says, test the *entire*
net?  I'm not a netnews guru, but I feel that something to track down
these problems would be a good idea.  Perhaps a set of messages sent at
regular intervals from certain sites to net.test would suffice.
