Announcement of a new group being created:

First, apologies for not posting this earlier; I found out about
posting to net.news.group only after creating the new category.  I posted 
requests for comment in net.lang, net.lang.ada, and net.lang.pascal,
and got many favorable reactions and no outcries.

So: expect to see another net.lang entry:
