Does anybody know how I can get a copy of the draft ANSI standard
developed by the X3T9.5 group, the Local Distributed Data Interface?
This is sort of a standardized version of Hyperchannel, intended as
a high-speed interconnect between high-powered hosts, mass-storage
facilities, etc.  A summary of it appeared in the August CACM.

Note that I know how to get ANSI *standards*, but my understanding
is that drafts are a different story.
