My hope was (is?) that nuclear fusion (plasma....) would not cause these problems. And that is what I would like to ask - is there anybody who can comment on the waste problem in connection with nuclear fusion power plants? I finally would like to draw your attention to an article in the October issue of the Scientific American - which has an article about nuclear fusion, but which does not really answer my question.
