"It's okay, these things happen??" Sorry folks, but planes do
not get blown out of the sky without cause.  And if other countries can
learn how not to shoot down civilian planes, i am sure that the 
Russians can do the same.

I want "It's not okay. We know it happened, and it damn well better
not happen again". (Note, I want the same message to go to Mexico
as well <meta comment -- I wonder how the Mexicans are taking this?>).

I am interested in discovering whether the Soviet personage that
ordered the shooting will be shot. If not, then there is a barbaric
precident being set here -- not that shooting one's military leaders
is not to be considered barbaric.
