It is one thing for Joseph Smith to believe that the moon is inhabited, but
it's quite another for him to describe in great detail what the inhabitants
look like, how they dress, how old they live to be, etc.  And don't forget,
Brigham Young stated definitely that there was life on the sun ("No question 
of it; it was not made in vain.")

Russ, do you really want to spend the rest of your life making excuses for
Joseph Smith?
