In the last days of the much lamented magazine Galaxy, they published
a "story" that was the most blatant rip-off of Star Wars I have  ever seen.
This piece of dreck was appalingly bad!   I remember thinking that it was{
do bad that not only could I do better, but so could my cat!  I'm afraid 
I can't (won't) recall the name and author, but it was in one of the last
3 or four issues they published.  At least I can take refuge in the thought
that the perpetrator of this trash probably never got paid for it.

Speaking of Galaxy, they still owe me 9 issues.....
