Total honesty in the sense Glenn proposes (I was comapring you to 
other women...) is devastating and unnecessary.  HOWEVER, too many
relationships are sabotaged by the little crimes of selfishness
one party or the other thinks they can get away with.  As long as
we're quoting A Man for All Seasons:

Late in the play, More has been damned by the perjury of
Richard Rich, a young man More refused to recommend to the Court 
because he was better suited to be a teacher.  When asked about the
medallion Rich is wearing during the testimony, Cromwell informs
Sir Thomas that Rich is now tax gatherer for Wales.  Sadly, Sir
Thomas says:

	Richard, it profits a man nothing to sell his soul for the
	whole world.  But for Wales??

Think about that before your next little white lie.
