Later in the note he asks gays why they "chose that route [homosexuality]". Mr. Sargent, I think you misunderstood what I said. It is my claim exactly that HOMOSEXUALS (and heterosexuals) DO NOT CHOOSE their orientation; it is fixed at an early age, at least by the age of two or three. Several gays sent me mail commending me for my views and saying that they couldn't remember ever not being attracted to the same sex and not to the opposite sex. Now, is that clear?
