Are you serious about PSU having a tough schedule?  I guess they
figured that since they would just squeak by Temple and Rutgers, they
should give themselves a break and play Brown.  And don't tell me
about Notre Dame and Boston College (who also squeaked by Temple this
weekend).  Send those teams down south and then we'll talk about
tough schedules.
