There is no question that leaving Khan on Ceti Alpha V was
in the official record.  The last scene on 'Space Seed'
was an formal hearing to determine if a trial and a court
martial were to be conducted.  All senior officers were
present.  It is impossible to assume that a proceeding
of this nature was not recorded.
