Loudon Wainwright III had a large number of bit parts on MASH

One was as a singing soldier with a guitar who was anonymous
and sang songs about the theme of the episode.

One example was when Hawkeye was trying to get to Tokyo and the
war was getting in the way.  Occassionally the scene would shoot
 to Wainwright singing:

Oohh Tokyo.
They got some saki and sashimi
and some clean sheets ooh komono, komono.
