Greetings.  Am I correct in assuming that the termlib and
curses packages are all in the public domain and may be freely
distributed to entities without Unix licenses?  I realize that
termlib and curses are completely separate packages, so I'd like to
verify the status of each.  Please only respond if you *know* the
answer -- guesses don't count!  Thanks.
