The first reply to my question about *HUGE* CPU times for my
swapper answered said question perfectly in two lines.

In 5.0, idle time is charged to process 0, so the large swapper
times are actually a good indication.

Just wanted to post this to stop the imminent deluge of mail, and
thanks to druxy!larry for the answer.
