Does anyone have a 4.1 (or 4.2) driver for an AED512 Parallel Interface
for an 11/750? Has anyone come up with a termcap for an AED512? It looks like
the "cm" entry has to be changed to allow multiplication to get it to work
correctly, since the AED only knows about pixels and not rows.
