Lines: 14 A few years ago a professor outlined the classification system of German wines for a German class I was in. Since then, however, I have managed to forget the crux of what he said; only the terms remain (spatlese, auslese, qualitatswein, mit pradikat, etc.). I was wondering if any of the oenologists out there might outline the classification system for those of us who are still unsure of it. I might suggest posting this to the net, as I believe there are a number of people such as myself who don't understand this system. Thanks, Bruce Peters BTL - Naperville, Ill. ...!ihnp4!ihldt!bnp
