My questions for all of you out there are therefore: 1) What is the best source of information on the types of wines that should be included in a wine cellar (I realize that to a great degree this depends on personal taste, but there must be certain basics that any self-respecting wine cellar should not be without)? 2) If this source is different from that for question #1, where do I find data on which wines need aging and for how long? 3) In a fairly recent article to this newsgroup, someone was talking about buying futures in a certain type of wine. Could someone please explain to me what this means. 4) Perhaps this is the same question as #3, but once I decide that I want to buy a certain quantity of wine that requires aging, who do I purchase it from? I would appreciate any recommendations of books etc. Deryl Gaier philabs!dlg
