One spot we learned about is a point on the inside of your leg under the tibia, about four fingers up from the ankle. Our text said that this spot is associated with the female reproductive area; massage of this spot can relieve cramps. I once gave a massage to someone who knew this but was very skeptical. Later she told me that she had had bad cramps before the massage, and they were gone soon after. Anyway, I hate to see people take medication when it might not be needed. Maybe you can check to see if this special spot is sensitive when you are cramped, and if so, try to massage it away. Edward Sciore SUNY Stony Brook ...allegra!sbcs!sciore
