	I vote for no title.  In almost all cases, it makes NO difference
	whether the person is female, male, married, single, divorced,
	separated, widowed, interested, gay, or straight!  So why add
	this distraction to a person's REAL name?  Of course, if I must
	be addressed formally, PLEASE: Ms. Patricia Collins.  I am NOT
	Mrs. Jim Caldwell...and my husband is not Mr. Patricia Collins.
