My MP(*) sent out a rather blatantly self-praising letter to his constituents
last week, in which he claimed that the Crow Bill would
       "... go down in the anals of Canadian history ..."
And well it may. 

Perhaps this belongs in net.jokes . But then again, the same goes for him.
