I have a VAX-11/780 with DZ-11 communication ports.  We are running VMS
3.3 until Sunday, when we go to VMS 3.4.  My question is, "How can I,
from user software ideally, cause a line break condition to be
generated?"  The application is a program which causes the VAX to be a
terminal which can dial (on a RIXON Intelligent Modem) to some other
system.  The other system may require that the <BREAK> condition be
available for getting its attention.  Any ideas?  Thanks.  Ron <Heiby @
