What is the suggested method of finding a host near you which will call up your computer? What are the minimum requirements (hardware and software). What machines have a version of UUCP (or whatever else might work) written for the? Now which of these versions are in the public domain? And here is the real question: The person wants to know if the net span's the atlantic. I replied that I didn't know, but that it was like asking it to walk on water! Are there any Hosts in Europe on the USE(less) net? Any ARPA gateways in France or the U.K.? Please send replies to the net, and thanks in advance. Jerry Bakin
