I have been looking through the fiche trying to find information
on using the CLI call back mechanism.  For the RTL routines such
as LIB$Get_Symbol the RTL calls a service called SYS$CLI with
a single request block as a parameter.  I looked for about an
hour and couldn't find this entry point in the fiche.

Any one got information on how to use SYS$CLI or where it is in the
fiche or any other documentation on the CLI callback mechanism.  I
seem to remember some documentation in version 2.x but I can't
find mention of it now.  I want to do things such as tell if
DCL VERIFY is on etc.
