Minor new utility:  bls(1).  Like ls(1) with -a option, except that
it works on even enormous directories.  (Ls runs out of memory when
things get really huge.)  Rather specialized.

Uucall(1) now uses bls to avoid croaking when the outgoing-traffic
directory gets huge.
